Shipping policy
Where we ship
All fifty United States and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to APO and FPO addresses, to US territories, or outside the United States. If you order from outside our shipping area we will refund you in full rather than let the order sit.
What it costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it is going. The figure you see before you pay is the figure you pay — there are no handling fees, no insurance fees and no surcharges added afterwards.
Because it is calculated by weight, ordering more than one tub at a time costs less per tub than ordering them separately.
How long it takes
- Processing: 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 2pm ET are processed the next business day.
- Transit: 3 to 6 business days.
- Total: most orders arrive within 5 to 9 business days of the moment you pay.
Where your parcel comes from
MUNIN is manufactured, packed and dispatched within the United States, and handed to a domestic courier. There are no import charges, no customs paperwork and nothing to pay on delivery.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel is dispatched. It can take up to 48 hours to start showing movement — that gap is normal and is not a sign that anything is wrong.
Our thirty-day commitment
Under the United States Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, we must ship within the time we promise, or within thirty days if we promise no time at all. If we cannot, we will email you before that deadline, tell you the new date, and give you the choice to wait or cancel for a full and immediate refund. We will not make you chase us for it.
If tracking stops moving
If your tracking shows no movement for ten business days, write to us. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, without waiting for the original parcel to turn up. If it later arrives, keep it — we will not ask for it back or charge you again.
Claims for a lost package must reach us within thirty days of the estimated delivery date.
Wrong or incomplete address
Before dispatch we can change it, free. After dispatch we cannot redirect it. If the parcel comes back to the carrier as undeliverable we will reship it once at our cost. If it is lost because the address was incorrect, write to us anyway — we would rather find a fair answer than quote a clause at you.
When it arrives
MUNIN is a powder and travels well, but do not leave the parcel sitting in direct sun or in a hot car. Once it is inside, store the tub in a cool, dry place with the lid closed tightly. Some settling of the powder in transit is normal — contents are sold by weight, not by volume.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where the state we are shipping to requires it. The tax shown at checkout is the tax you pay.
Weather, holidays and the rest
Severe weather, carrier backlogs and the December peak can add a few days, and we cannot control any of them. What we can control is telling you: if we know your parcel is delayed, you will hear it from us before you have to ask.
