Terms of Service
Effective 22 August 2026. These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place on it. This site is owned and operated by Cardoso Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company trading as Rovigatti. By placing an order you agree to what is written here.
We have tried to write this in plain English. Where a clause protects us, we have said so rather than hiding it in a paragraph of capital letters.
1. Who you are dealing with
- Cardoso Global LLC, trading as Rovigatti
- Wyoming Secretary of State filing ID 2026-002004348, filed 12 June 2026
- 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States
- contactcardosoglobal@gmail.com
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian, and you must be shipping to an address inside the United States.
3. Products, prices and mistakes
All prices are in United States dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where the destination state requires it.
We describe our products with numbers wherever we can — temperature, weight, dimensions, delivery time — and we intend every one of them to be accurate. If we publish something wrong, we correct it and we tell you what changed.
If an obvious pricing error appears (a $44.99 product listed at $4.49, for example), we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will always contact you first and you will never be charged more than the price you agreed to at checkout.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it. Until then we may cancel and refund in full — for example if the item is out of stock or the order looks fraudulent.
Before dispatch you can cancel or change colour, quantity or address free of charge by emailing us. After dispatch, the Refund Policy takes over.
5. Delivery
Set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: free, 4 to 7 business days, all duties prepaid, and if we cannot ship within thirty days we tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.
6. Returns and refunds
Set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: sixty days, no reason required, no parcel to send back, and twelve months against manufacturing faults.
7. Safe use of a heating product — please read
The Warm Ritual is an electrically heated garment accessory. Used sensibly it is safe. Used carelessly, any heating product can burn skin.
- Start at level one. Work up only if you need to.
- Do not sleep with it switched on.
- Do not use it on broken, irritated or recently treated skin.
- Do not use it on any area where your sensation is reduced, or if you cannot remove it unaided.
- Do not use it while it is charging from a damaged cable or adapter.
- Never submerge it, never machine wash it, and stop using it if the fabric or cable is damaged.
- If you are pregnant, have diabetes, circulatory problems, neuropathy, or any implanted medical device, speak to your doctor before using any heat product.
- Prolonged contact with heat can cause a skin condition sometimes called toasted skin syndrome. Take breaks.
This product is a general wellness comfort item, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this website is medical advice. New, severe, worsening or unusual pain should be discussed with a qualified clinician, not managed with a heating belt.
8. Content on this site
The text, layout, product names and photography on this site belong to Cardoso Global LLC or are used with permission. You may share links freely. You may not copy our written content for commercial use without written permission.
9. What we do not promise
We promise the product will match its published specification and will be free from manufacturing faults for twelve months. We do not promise it will relieve your pain, because no honest company can promise that about heat, a pill, or anything else.
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of every error.
10. Limit of our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost income or lost time.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under United States federal law or the law of your state.
11. If something goes wrong between us
Write to us first, at contactcardosoglobal@gmail.com. We commit to trying to resolve any dispute informally, in writing, within sixty days, before either side starts anything formal.
If that fails, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and any claim will be brought in the state or federal courts of Wyoming. We have deliberately not included a forced arbitration clause or a class action waiver. Those clauses are good for us and bad for you, and this store is not going to be built that way.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on the day you placed it, and we keep a copy.
13. The rest
If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms. Nothing here limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your state; where those laws give you more, those laws win.
